Listening to The Beatles softly sing these words, it is impossible not to find yourself reminiscing over an adventure or a place that you’ve been. Perhaps you took off in the car for the weekend, or on a plane somewhere much further away. Wherever this place may be, you remember watching the people around you, trying new things and knowing that this place would forever be in your memory, just as it was that day.
Inspired by this feeling Millie Loves Min returns with the Collection ‘The Grand Voyage’ an eclectic mix of 50’s inspired swing dresses, bold colours and cute cut-outs to celebrate the adventures we’ve had and the memories we now keep. Through this short film, directed by budding filmmaker Shannon Thomas, we watch model and natural beauty, Lauren Rippingham, playfully turn and twirl for the camera, capturing the essence of the journey, long summer days and the relaxed, feminine feel that is Millie Loves Min.
