Terms and Conditions – Online Ordering
 

All Transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax)

If an item cannot be filled on order placement you will be notified within 24 hours. an exchange or refund will take place on your approval.

Exchange or Return

If you receive a faulty refer to Terms And Conditions – EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

We thoroughly check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment is packaged carefully. PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY as all sales are final.

Refer to the description for specific details about the item or email us for further information before making a purchase.

Refund or Exchange will only be given if an item if item is sent back in its original condition.

Shipping Fees within Australia is offered at a Free Service, $8 will be deducted from refund amount if customer returns un faulty item. Full refund will only be given if faulty item is sent and cannot exchange.

If you receive a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery via email at love@millielovesmin.com – We cannot offer a refund or exchange if we are notified after the 7-day period. Items being sent back must be in original condition, must not have been worn, altered or washed. Item must not be stained with smell of perfume. All swing tags must remain in place.

When we have received your item we will process the refund or exchange and you will be notified via email. No responsibility accepted for items being returned, until they are received at our address.

Shipping 

Destinations: Millie loves Min ships Australia Wide only.

Customer will not be re-imbursed for any return shipping charges - see Exchange or Return 

Purchases are shipped within 1-2 working days – if shipped within Australia, you should receive your parcel within 2 working days from dispatch date (public holidays or weekends are not included). . Please give up to 5-10 working days to receive goods shipped outside Australia. Your tracking number will be filed and parcel can be tracked on request between business hours.

Shipping Fees within Australia is offered at a Free Service, $8 will be deducted from refund amount if customer returns unfaulty item.

Shipping Fees outside Australia is a flat $15 per garment and $10 for any extra garment purchased within the one order
